Key ingredients

  • Niacinamide normalization age-associated depletions of nicotinamide coenzymes to stimulation of collagen synthesis up-regulation of epidermal sphingolipids, particularly ceramides, to improve epidermal barrier function reducing inflammation, suppressing bacteria and regulating melanosome transfer reducing hyperpigmentation. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 (Matrixyl® synthe6â„¢) contains the dioxygenated derivative of a natural matrikine-mimetic peptide targeted to support macromolecular synthesis to increase the volume and firmness of the skin. Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) an enzyme that repairs and reduces the damage done to cells by the Superoxide Ion – the most common Free Radical in the body and the most harmful to the skins cells. Copper Peptide promotes the synthesis of elastin, proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans and other components of the skin matrix. Copper peptide is a significant anti-inflammatory action and has the ability to prevent the release of oxidation-promoting iron into the tissues for accelerated healing. DermCom Crocus Chrysanthus Bulb Extract stimulates the keratinocytes to secrete growth factors that enhance the synthesis of collagen and elastin in the dermis. This effect on fibroblasts was comparable to transforming growth factor (TGF-ß) to rejuvenate the skin matrix."
